Do you have a story of resilience? A moment when you faced something difficult and discovered a strength you didn’t know you had?

I understand that journey. After becoming a mum, I struggled with my mental health. It was hard to admit I wasn’t okay, but with support, I was diagnosed with bipolar and CPTSD. It’s been a tough road, but one thing made all the difference—the incredible women who stood by me, lifted me up, and reminded me of my strength.

Now, I’m creating an exhibition to honour stories like these.

‘If She Spoke: Stories of Struggle to Strength’ launches this November. To celebrate women—their challenges, resilience, and power. Through a collection of 20–30 large-scale paintings (up to 2 meters tall!), I aim to amplify women's voices, sharing their journeys in a way that inspires, encourages, and helps others feel less alone.

Every story that sent in will be at the exhibition even if it's not painted. I want every woman story to be heard and their strength and resilience to be celebrated.

This project is my way of giving back, of saying thank you, and of creating something deeply meaningful.
